I'm not exactly sure why but the numbers taking part this year have really increased. Last year, they got 219 entrants which is a pretty good number for a regional race. This year, they got 328 runners, an increase of almost 50% !! Getting an increase of 50% on a day when there are 2 other races in Munster is pretty amazing. Reason...???

Limerick...Results of the Adare 10 km road race - Sun 1st March 2009
I'm not exactly sure why but the numbers taking part this year have really increased. Last year, they got 219 entrants which is a pretty good number for a regional race.
