Just a word on Ballybunion. I ran again this year and my gps watch had it at 13.08 miles which I suppose is within the margin of error. Maybe the organisers took feedback on board as the finish line was changed from last year. I had no complaints on the value side. I got a medal, a good tech tee, and there was a free barbeque and entertainment which created a great atmosphere after the race. They also gave money to some charities at the prize giving. Course is tough but really nice....and weather was fab

looking at the results, surely Niamh O Sullivan is a female and not a man as she seems to be entered incorrectly and is 3rd overall?

The results in the 10k were off by two minutes 10 seconds but they were fixed within a day. The age groups have to be off as I was listed under 40(11th) and am over. Some of those 9 men in front of me had to be over 40. It sure couldn't have gone to 49th as listed. Nice day out but a little pricey for no shirt.

The results in the over 40s were wrong and seems it is up to participants to correct themselves. The womens half and 10k have been altered already as some people have complained. It is a bit sloppy and lazy by the organisers when they are charging 50 euro a head. The over 40 result was only put up online a week later,( after complaints) were they aware it was wrong and afraid to publish or were they unaware and just indifferent?
