Limerick...Talk on Prevention and Management of Hamstring Injuries...Thurs 22nd Jan

"A Public Information Evening on the Prevention and Management of Hamstring Injury
The inaugural public lecture of the mid-western branch of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists focus on hamstring injury in sport, and discuss what is currently recommended in the prevention and management of hamstring injury. The speaker will be Kieran O’Sullivan, Chartered Physiotherapist, and lecturer at the University of Limerick. It is expected that the talk will be of interest to many different groups, including physiotherapists, doctors, strength and conditioning trainers, personal trainers, coaches and athletes themselves. There will be time provided at the end of the talk for questions.
Attendance at the talk is free, and no advance booking is required.
Location: Health Sciences Building, University of Limerick.
Date: Thursday January 22nd, 7pm-8.30.in the Health Sciences Building at the University of Limerick."
