Tipperary...Deadman's 5k, Carrick-on-Suir - Fri 7th Aug 2009
The 4th and final race in the 3 Counties Challenge take place in Carrick-on-Suir next Friday, the 7th of August at 7:30pm. Details in the flyer above...
John the results are on Tipp athletics web page.Donal from what i saw at this event Asics had equipment on the night so they could be accurate of the type of footwear that should be used for each individual's running needs.

Does anybody have any experience of the "Asics Gait Analysis Roadshow" ??

Do they have equipment on-hand to measure this, or does somebody just do a visual inspection and give an opinion ?
