Limerick...Results of the Cook Medical 4 mile race - Thurs 21st July 2011

This was the 4th race in the Limerick City Sports Partnership Feet on the Street summer series of races and 181 runners took part.

The mens race was won by James Doran of Riocht AC in 22:09 while Tracey Roche of Dooneen AC won the womens race in 24:34.

Details.....Thursday July 28th; 7pm; Country Club 5M, Old Cratloe Road/Redgate
Directions- from LIT continue out of the city towards Cratloe/Meelick for approx 2 miles.  The Country Club and carpark are located on the right immediately after right turn outside Caherdavin.   5 mile loop includes Woodcockhill and country road on the traditional Country Club 5miles race course.  3 mile option for walkers follows slightly different course.  Parking, toilets and prize-giving after in The Country Club.
