Tipperary...Results of the Coillte 10k road race - Wed 16th July 2011

This 10km road race in Dundrum, Tipperary attracted a field of 215 runners, perhaps a record number? Looking back at recent results, they have grown year on year since 2008 at least.

The winner of the mens race was Kenneth Rogers of St.Johns Clare in a time of 32:06. The ladies winner was Rosemary Ryan of Bilboa AC in a time of 34:54.

    The 26th annual running of this event. A record crowd again this year. This race has grown in numbers greatly in the last 10 years. The finishers prize of the embroidered hand towel is a nice touch to a well organised event on a lovely flat (PB suited) course.

    What a lovely race this is..nice flat fast roads...superb organisation..loads of tea and hang sanwiches afterwards..well done to all involved
