Limerick Senior Track and Field...Thurs 16th & 23rd May 2013

Please note that for insurance purposes, these events are just for club athletes. Any club member can take part regardless of whether they are in Co.Limerick or not. There is no separate category for Masters, everyone will be entered as a Senior athlete on the evening.

    It's a very good idea to break it into two days with a week in between
    gives people a chance to compete in more events and an ideal time too people could use it as part of their speedwork training
