Note from the organisers...Carrick on Suir AC...The first race of the outfieldsports.ie 3 Counties Challenge, organised by Carrick on Suir AC, was held in Faugheen on Friday night in sunny and blustery conditions and was won in  style by Sandis Barlitis West Waterford AC in a time of 15:17. Kevin Moore from Dundrum AC finished a fine second, followed closely by Mick Traynor of Raheeny Shamrocks. Overall the Race, in it's first running, was a great success with 213 Finishers, and the new course proved to be a big hit with the runners. Well done to all, particularly the large number of first time racers from the fit4life groups in Carrick, Callan and Clonmel.

The next race in the series is the Tom Jordan Portlaw 5 Mile on Friday 10th May @ 7:30 p.m.
