Is it the norm for someone in the 40 age group running this time.
ReplyDeleteAlso from what i have heard the course is challenging.
Someone in this age group running such a time would surely have a history over the distance as a senior and set some near sub 51min 10 mile times or even sub 32.30 10k as a senior.
Hope for us old lads yet :-) getting faster as we get older....defying the aging process on speed and endurance.
I wish it was the case for me getting faster as i get older
