Notice...Curraghchase 10km run/walk, Co.Limerick - Sun 21st Aug 2016

This scenic charity 10k through Curragh Chase Forest Park is coming up on Sunday the 21st of August at 12 noon.


From the organisers.......Whether you are an enthusiastic runner looking for a challenge or looking for a walk through some of Munsters most stunning scenery, then the Curraghchase 10km has it all.

Now in its 5th year, the Curraghchase 10km Run/Walk is being held on the 21st of August 2016 in conjunction with Enable Ireland.

The Curraghchase 10Km Run/ Walk will be staged through the picturesque woodland area of Curraghchase Forest Park and around the former residence of famous Irish poet Aubrey de Vere.

Pacers will be available on the day to help anyone achieve a personal best. New addition this year

Free physio sessions afterwards for all participants. This is hugely popular with our runners. 

Fruit and refreshments available afterwards for all runners.

Race number, sports pack and jersey can be picked up at the Kilcornan Community Centre at the following days and times.

6pm to 9pm on Friday 19th

5pm to 9pm on Saturday 20th

9am to 11.15am on Sunday 21st

Just remember to bring your confirmation of your registration that you received via email and you should be good to go! You can also register at the times above if you haven’t done so already online
