The race entries will be taken at the centre from 9.30 a.m., changing and shower facilities will be provided at the centre too and teas and sandwiches will be available after the race. The prize presentation will also be held in the centre. This is the final race in the Michael Roche carpets spring series.

Anyone know what the route is like for this race ?
If you know the Dungarvan 10 mile course then it's roughly mile 3 to the finish with a small shortcut at the western end. Reasonably fast course.
