For any beginners looking for a helping hand, An Ríocht AC in Castleisland, Co.Kerry are holding a Couch to 5k course on their athletics track.It started on the 5th of September and is held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm.
The cost is only €2 per session.
More than 200 people turned up for the first session on the 5th of September so it's still not too late to join.
