The annual Adare 10k road race is coming up on Sunday the 23rd of February 2020 at 1pm.
Organised by West Limerick AC, this is a hugely popular race and attracts a large field of about 700 runners, way beyond the usual 200 or so that most races get. It sell out every year.

The race will take place on Sunday Feb 23rd 2020 at 1pm.
The price is €25 inclusive of processing fee. You have the option of selecting your race number to be posted to you if you wish.
Race entries are up on last year but strictly limited to 950 entries. There are medals and race T-Shirts for all entrants and these will be revealed in due course.
Please note : The Adare 10k sold out in 2017, 2018 and 2019. In 2019 we were sold out in just three weeks. As in previous years if we sell out before the event we will not be taking any entries on the weekend of the race.
Numbers and T Shirts can still be collected at race hq (Adare Village Hall) on the weekend of the race. Medals will be presented at the finish line.
Chip timing will be provided by MyRunResults for our third year working together.
Our race had a permit granted by our governing body Athletics Ireland. You must be a minimum of 15 years of age on the day of the race to take part. This is in accordance with Athletics Ireland race permit rules. If you register someone under this age they will be removed from the race.
As always there will be individual race prizes, age category and team prizes for athletics clubs. There is a bonus of €100 if the course record is broken.
