Cork - Friday 1st March Jumps Workshop at Cork IT Track. It will be run by Munster Performance Squad Coaches Steve Fleming (Long Jump), Chris Regan (High Jump) and Eamon Flanagan (Pole Vault). It takes place from 7-9pm and is open to all athletes and coaches aged 10+. Cost is €5 payable on the night.
Kerry - Saturday 2nd March Turbo Javelin Workshop at Castleisland Track. It will be run by Louis Wildenboer and the cost is €5 per person. It takes place from 11am-1pm and open to all athletes and coaches.

Cork - Thursday 7th March Endurance Forum Workshop No. 2 at Cork IT. This takes place in the red brick building next to the track stand from 7-9pm. It is a forum designed for coaches and athletes to discuss various endurance topics covering Track/XC/Road Running. It will be run by Munster Performance Squad Coach Steven Macklin. It is open to all coaches and athletes aged 16+ and cost is €5 payable on the night.

Kerry - Wednesday 13th March Throws Workshop at Castleisland Track 7-9pm. It will be run by Munster Performance Squad Coach John Sheehan (Javelin) and Jerry Horgan (Shot). It takes place from 7-9pm and is open to all athletes and coaches aged 11+. Cost is €5 payable on the night.
Tipperary - Wednesday 20th March Turbo Javelin Workshop in Borrisokane Co Tipperary from 7-9pm. Further details TBC.
