Team scoring Criteria
(1) Biased towards team with highest number of participants
(2) Starting with last place plus one create enough scoring places to balance up the team numbers
(3) The team with smallest number of participants 'awarded' last place and so on until their number of team scores matches up with the team with the next smallest numer of participants.
(4) Once incomplete team scores are balanced then the remainder of the team scores are populated based on the order that the actual runners from each team finished
(5) If a team doesn't have enough finishers to satisfy (3) then continue adding positions until the team numbers are equalised

very poor turnout 17 in the Men's race and 6 in the Ladies you would think a Munster colleges meet would have a way bigger turnout than that?
