This was a well-organised event: accurately measured and enthusiastically marshalled, with a great atmosphere before and after the race.
There is a minor error in the results, though. The official timing system seems to have been started around twenty-five seconds late; my stopwatch clocked in at 32:49.
It’s no big deal. However, given that ‘Running in Munster’ is, as it were, the blog of record, I don’t want to claim unmerited credit for a performance I didn't quite produce!
great athmosphere helped by the weather, great turnout with good local support on a challenging but fair course, well organised too.
