Some updates from Munster Athletics...
1) Munster Indoors....These were held in Nenagh on the 23rd of January. Updated results. Munster Athletics are now conducting an online survey on how to improve their indoor competitions. You can see the survey HERE
2) Courses & workshops....An updated list for the South-West of Ireland can now be found HERE
3) Championship races....An updated list of all Championship races in Munster can be seen HERE
4) Munster Star Award Winners 2014.....This was held in Blarney on Sat 31st Jan 2015.
