Directions...
Course...
The race starts and finishes outside the GAA grounds in the village. The first mile is a gradual climb before it flattens out and there is plenty of running on flat country roads to the village of Kilmurry. As you turn for home, you soon pass the 15th Century Mountcashel Castle. Near the 5 mile mark, you turn off right onto a narrower and quieter country road which has one or two pulls. As you approach the 6 mile mark, you have a very fast downhill finish to the 10k mark. For more information, visit www.sixmilebridge10k.com
