I'm trying to determine if trail shoes or regular runners are needed for this event. The course looks like it's on either tarmac roads or gravel trails, so there does not look like there is any mucky stuff. Please confirm. Thanks
I think youre better off bringing a pair of road and trail shoes and find out when you get there.Usually these runs are a mix of both.I have always stuck to the trail shoes as their quite comfortable on roads for a couple of km anyway. If you wear road shoes you might get into some trouble on the technical offroad parts.
Does anyone know what the mandatory gear to carry is? Thanks
