Limerick......Race 4 in the Ballyhoura ACTIVE Summer Seties 2010
The 10th Bilboa AC 'Ger Mullane' Memorial 10k takes place at 8pm
and is preceded by a walk at 7.30pm.
Organized by 5000m Olympian Rosemary Ryan.
Registration at Bilboa GAA Grounds.
Bilboa is just off the R505 road, between the Cappamore and Doon junctions. Doon is linked via the R507 to the main N24 Limerick-Tipperary road at Cluggin Cross.

Waterford......The 6th race in the Ger Wyley Sports Summer Series 2010.
Saturday 19th June
The Munster Mud Run at Ballyhoura Mountains, Doneraile at 11am.
I can't say I'm recommending this, but I've love to hear about it, if any blog readers take part!
Entry €30 for individuals, €100 for a team of 4 -- expensive ?
Clare......There's the Killaloe Pink Ribbon Run/Walk event at 2.30pm, preceded by a fun aerobic warm-up routine at 2pm.
This is being pitched as a sponsored walk, but looks like there may be a non-competitive 10k running category too.
Sunday 20th June
Cork......There's a new race on the calendar this year, the Dunmanway 10k at 2pm.
Entry €10 on the day (or €8 for pre-registered) at Doheny GAA Pavilion.
Pre-registration closes at 12:00 midday on Saturday 19th June

I ran the Munster Mud Run All i can say is dont knock it till you try it its good craic and something different for a change this particular run did require a good level of fitness but at least you're having fun.
